Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and (optionally) name.
• DNS data: the hostnames, domains, and records you create, and update logs (IP, time, client user-agent) for your own hostnames.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processors (Stripe for cards, Plisio for crypto). We store your plan and a customer reference — never full card numbers.
• Technical data: server logs including IP addresses, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, operate DNS, process payments, send transactional email (email confirmation, password resets, and — if you enable it — IP-change alerts), and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we use

• Brevo — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe — card payments.
• Plisio — cryptocurrency payments.

These providers process data only to perform their service for us.

Retention

We keep account and DNS data while your account is active. Update logs are pruned periodically. Deleting your account removes your hostnames, domains, and records; some records may persist briefly in backups.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your hostnames, domains, and records at any time, change your email in settings, and delete your account. For data requests, contact us.
